Multiple cuttings may be pictured to demonstrate natural variation. Colour, size and shape may vary depending on season, maturity and growing conditions.

Pachyphytum ‘Trumpet’ Fat Leaf is a chunky Mexican succulent admired for its thick powdery sea green foliage and soft pastel stress colouring. Under brighter light and cooler conditions, the fleshy leaves can develop warm peach, apricot, pink and orange tones with deeper red highlights along the margins and tips.

Growing succulents from cuttings is a rewarding way to establish healthy plants while enjoying the full propagation process from the beginning. Once rooted, this variety gradually forms compact clusters of sculptural foliage, making it ideal for decorative pots, succulent bowls, collector trays and smaller garden spaces.

Like many Pachyphytum varieties, it is highly drought tolerant and well suited to Australian conditions. Mature plants may also produce slender flower stems carrying small bell-shaped blooms in shades of pink, red or purple during the warmer months.

This variety performs best in bright light with very free-draining soil and good airflow. Increased sunlight encourages stronger colouration and tighter growth, though protection from intense afternoon summer sun is beneficial in hotter regions. Water thoroughly only once the soil has dried completely. With its evolving pastel tones and highly ornamental foliage, Pachyphytum ‘Trumpet’ Fat Leaf remains a beautiful addition to both beginner and collector succulent displays.

First time customers... Please read our Shipping Guide, in top or bottom menu, before placing your order.

Please Note:

All plants are sent bare rooted with no pots and soil, or minimum soil only.

Due to the drying process necessary for sending plants through the mail, plants may look slightly different than images shown on our website

Some plants, may look wrinkled when they arrive, may be somewhat limp, or soft to the touch.
