Echeveria ‘Lemon Berry’ – Cutting — this listing is for one cutting. Please refer to the product images for examples of the cutting sizes and forms you may receive, including single larger cuttings or multiple smaller cuttings of equivalent value depending on availability and natural growth variation. Colour, size and form may vary slightly depending on season and growing conditions

Echeveria ‘Lemon Berry’ is a beautifully compact hybrid succulent derived from the ever-popular Echeveria elegans, a species valued for its resilience, adaptability and ease of growth. While retaining the attractive rounded rosette form of its parent, ‘Lemon Berry’ develops smaller, tighter and more compact heads with thicker chubbier foliage, inspiring its distinctive “Berry” name. The powdery blue-grey leaves are highlighted by translucent icy margins that can develop soft pink, peach and golden-lemon tones under brighter light and cooler conditions.

Growing succulents from cuttings is an enjoyable and rewarding way to establish your own plants while watching them gradually develop into compact mature rosettes. As the cutting roots and settles into active growth, the foliage typically becomes plumper and more colourful, with each plant developing its own subtle variations in form and centre growth patterns over time.

Like its adaptable Echeveria elegans parentage, ‘Lemon Berry’ readily produces offsets and gradually forms attractive clumping colonies. When mass planted, it can create beautiful low-growing mats of pastel rosettes, making it especially effective in succulent gardens, rockeries and decorative landscape plantings. An ideal position is beneath deciduous trees, where the plants receive generous winter sun while gaining protection from harsh afternoon summer heat.

This variety grows well in bright filtered light, but for the tightest form, best rosette shape and strongest colour, it performs best with plenty of direct light, especially morning sun and winter sun. In hot Australian summers, protect from intense afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorch. Use very free-draining soil, good airflow, and water thoroughly only once the potting mix has dried completely.
