Shipping Method

All orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Shipping Costs (Express Post)

We use tiered flat-rate Express shipping based on total plant quantity:

  • 1–60 plants → $17
  • 61–100 plants → $34
  • 101+ plants → $50

Most customers (1–60 plants) pay the $17 flat rate. Larger orders may ship in multiple parcels — any additional cost is subsidised by us.

Note: Shipping tiers are based on total plant count, not the number of products in your cart.

Succulent Value Packs 🌵

Value Packs are purchased as one product, but the plants inside are counted individually for shipping.

Examples:

  • Value Pack (6 plants) = 6 plants
  • Value Pack (50 plants) = 50 plants

This keeps shipping fair and consistent for all customers.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship to VIC, NSW, ACT, SA & QLD only.

Note: Due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot ship to WA, NT or TAS.

When Will My Order Ship?

Shipping Cycle

  • Order by Saturday 11:59 pm → ships Monday or Tuesday
  • Orders placed after the cutoff ship the following week

We ship mainly on Mondays & Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays and protect plant health.

Note: If Monday or Tuesday is a public holiday, or during high order volume, dispatch may occur on Wednesday.

Combining Orders (Same Week)

You can combine multiple orders into one shipment within the same week.

  • Pay shipping on your first order
  • Use the free shipping code from your confirmation email on additional orders
  • Orders must be placed before Saturday 11:59 pm and sent to the same address

Important: Combined orders must still match the correct shipping tier. If the total plant count exceeds the tier you paid for, we’ll contact you to arrange the difference.

Example: 40 plants ($17 shipping) + 30 plants = 70 plants → Tier 2 ($34). An additional $17 will apply.

Free Gift Policy 🎁

Each shipment receives one free gift. If multiple orders are combined, one gift is included with the combined parcel.

Local Pickup

Available by arrangement only. Please contact us to organise.

Tracking & Delivery

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

If your parcel is delayed, track it via Australia Post. Any delivery delays should be followed up directly with Australia Post.

If no one is home, Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe place, leave a card, or notify you via MyPost (email/SMS).

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged plants and packaging so we can assist promptly.

Plant Quality & Preparation

We hand-select plants on a first-come, first-served basis. If a plant doesn’t meet our quality standards, we may substitute with two smaller plants, upgrade to a larger plant, or issue a refund.

Notes: Plants are shipped bare-root with minimal soil. Some plants may look dry or limp on arrival — this is normal and temporary. Care notes are included with your first and second order (please keep a copy).
