Haworthia Wimii Hybrid 'Silver kiwi'
Haworthia wimii Hybrid 'Silver Kiwi' is a compact cultivated Haworthia hybrid valued for its strongly textured, silvery-green foliage. Thick triangular leaves form neat rosettes, with raised pale markings and translucent areas combining to give the plant an intricate patterned appearance.
Silver-green patterned foliage
The fleshy triangular leaves display a mixture of green, grey-green and silvery tones, with raised pale markings creating strong texture across the leaf surface. Semi-translucent areas towards the leaf tips add further depth, particularly when the plant is viewed in bright filtered light.
Colour and pattern intensity can change according to season, hydration and light. Individual plants may therefore differ slightly in the balance of green, silver and darker pigmentation.
Compact rosettes and offsets
'Silver Kiwi' remains naturally compact and can produce offsets around the base as it matures. These can be left attached to develop a fuller multi-rosette specimen or separated once sufficiently developed for propagation.
A cultivated Haworthia hybrid
'Silver Kiwi' is a horticultural hybrid associated with Haworthia wimii. Reliable documentation establishing its complete parentage and original breeder is limited, so we prefer not to assign additional unconfirmed species to its ancestry.
Growing Haworthia 'Silver Kiwi'
Grow in a free-draining succulent mix with bright filtered light and good airflow. Protection from intense Australian afternoon summer sun helps prevent scorching and maintains the attractive patterned foliage.
Water thoroughly when required, allowing the growing medium to dry appropriately between waterings. Avoid keeping the roots continuously wet. Mature plants can produce slender flower stems carrying small pale flowers typical of Haworthia hybrids.

Pickup is available in Seville, Yarra Valley VIC by appointment. Order online as normal and any shipping charge will be automatically refunded after collection, unless you would prefer to receive an additional plant of similar value instead.
