Soft White Variegation and Frosted Foliage
Each fleshy, pointed leaf carries its own blend of colour. Cream to almost white markings appear against muted purple, lilac and green, creating gentle contrasts across the rosette. In brighter conditions, the pale areas may develop pink tones, while other leaves retain a cooler, silvery appearance. No two plants have precisely the same pattern.
The fine powdery coating, or farina, softens these colours and gives the foliage its distinctive frosted finish. Handle the plant by its pot where practical, as rubbing the leaves can disturb the even appearance of this natural surface.
A Rosette That Develops with Age

Water thoroughly when required, allowing the mix to dry appropriately between waterings. Avoid prolonged winter wet and protect the plant from heavy frost.
