Echeveria 'Chocolate Cube' is a small and rare Korean hybrid succulent with unique and beautiful features. This slow-growing plant has light chocolate-colored leaves with distinctive deep chocolate markings, giving it a striking appearance. The distinct leaf markings of this Echevera appears similar to that of the Jelly Jam variety having irregular blotches on its leaves that become more intense over winter, especially when under stress. At maturity it can produce perfectly symetrical rosettes at the ends of long stems which can be easily removed making it a delight to propagate.
Echeveria 'Chocolate Cube' deepens in color as it undergoes stress, which is more apparent once the plant has developed and is allowed to mature with minimal water or feeding. It should also be grown in good light and loves full sun. It can grow up to 8-10cm in diameter and height, making it a perfect addition to a small pot or container garden.
This Echeveria is still relatively new and rare, and there isn't much information available about it. It is currently being imported and grown by a limited number of succulent enthusiasts. It has been bred in South Korea, and it is sure to become highly sought after by collectors, once it becomes more widely known, due to its unique features and rarity. Overall, Echeveria Chocolate Cube is a fascinating plant that is sure to catch the eye of any succulent lover.
