Sedum pachyphyllum ‘Koigokoro’ – 3 Cuttings — this listing is for three cuttings. You will receive three cuttings similar in size and quality to those shown in the product images. Multiple cuttings may be pictured to demonstrate natural variation. Colour, size and shape may vary depending on season, maturity and growing conditions.

Sedum pachyphyllum ‘Koigokoro’ is a striking and unusual succulent closely related to the well-known ‘Blue Jelly Beans’, but distinguished by its larger thicker foliage and remarkable shifting colour tones. The plump cylindrical leaves can display shades of soft blue-green, peach, apricot, blush pink and rose depending on sunlight, temperature and seasonal stress, often transforming dramatically throughout the year.

The name ‘Koigokoro’, loosely associated with the Japanese expression for “love”, suits this charming cultivar well, as it quickly becomes a standout feature in succulent collections. Compared with standard Sedum pachyphyllum, this form develops chunkier foliage with a more sculptural appearance while retaining the same resilient and easy-growing nature.

Growing succulents from cuttings is both simple and rewarding, allowing you to establish multiple plants quickly and watch them develop from the earliest stages. ‘Koigokoro’ roots readily in free-draining soil and, once established, gradually branches and spreads to form attractive clumping displays. The trailing and mounding habit makes it especially well suited to pots, hanging arrangements, rockeries, borders and xeriscape-style gardens.

This variety thrives in bright light and develops its strongest pastel colouration with increased sun exposure and cooler conditions. In most Australian climates it performs best with plenty of morning sun and protection from extreme afternoon summer heat. Use a very free-draining succulent mix and water thoroughly only once the soil has dried completely. Hardy, colourful and constantly evolving, Sedum pachyphyllum ‘Koigokoro’ is a rewarding addition to both beginner and collector succulent gardens.
