This Chamaelopsis Hybrid is an impressive cactus that is a cross between Lobivia and Chamaecereus. This hybrid plant has inherited the best traits from its parents and is more vigorous than either one. During spring and summer, it produces stunning flowers that are around 3cm in diameter in vibrant shades of scarlet and hot pink. These flowers open up in unison in the sunlight and close again for the night.
The most interesting visual aspect of the Chamaelopsis Hybrid occurs when it forms a clump over time. Each head of the plant can produce several flowers, covering the entire plant in a beautiful display.
