What you will receive
You will receive one Graptopetalum ‘Purple Delight’ Variegated cutting in your selected variegation type: Snow White or Yellow Variegation. Your cutting will be similar in overall size and quality to the examples shown in the product images. As these are naturally variegated plants, every cutting is unique and the amount, pattern and colour of the variegation will vary.

About Graptopetalum ‘Purple Delight’ Variegated
Graptopetalum ‘Purple Delight’ Variegated is a highly collectable succulent prized for its beautiful variegated foliage, powdery farina and changing pastel colours. Both the Snow White and Yellow Variegation forms produce fleshy rosettes that develop increasingly attractive colour and character as they mature.
The Snow White form combines lilac, purple and soft grey-green foliage with striking creamy white variegation. Under brighter light and cooler conditions, the leaves can develop beautiful pink tones that contrast strongly with the paler variegated sections.
The Yellow Variegation form has a warmer appearance, displaying creamy yellow variegation over soft green, pink, lilac and pastel-toned foliage. The pattern varies naturally between individual rosettes, giving each plant its own distinctive appearance.
Both forms carry a protective coating of powdery farina, giving the foliage its characteristic frosted appearance. As with other farina-coated succulents, handling the leaves should be kept to a minimum as touching can permanently mark or remove this natural coating.
Growing from a Cutting
Graptopetalum ‘Purple Delight’ Variegated is well suited to propagation from stem cuttings and can develop into an attractive multi-rosette plant over time. Growing from a cutting is also an economical way to add these unusual variegated forms to a collection.
Once the cut end has dried and calloused, plant into a free-draining succulent mix and keep the cutting in bright, protected light while it begins to establish. Water sparingly and allow the growing medium to dry between waterings. As new roots and growth develop, gradually introduce the plant to stronger light to encourage compact growth and richer colouring.
Colour & Care
Both variegation forms perform best with plenty of bright light, which helps maintain compact rosettes and encourages their strongest pink, purple and pastel colouring. Cooler conditions can intensify these colours considerably. Protect highly variegated growth from harsh afternoon summer sun, as the pale sections contain less chlorophyll and can be more susceptible to scorching.
Use a free-draining succulent potting mix and avoid prolonged wet conditions. Once established, these plants are relatively drought tolerant and low maintenance. Their combination of unusual variegation, seasonal colour changes and easy propagation makes both forms particularly rewarding additions to a succulent collection.

- Succulents are very hardy plants and they will recover quickly, providing you unpack them as soon as you receive them follow some simple care instructions you will find with your order.
