Echeveria agavoides 'Corderoyi' Crest makes for a fascinating addition to any collection of succulents, with its striking and unique appearance. Named after Justus Corderoy who cultivated the plant, this cultivar is a variant of Echeveria agavoides, a much-loved succulent native to Mexico. Its distinct shape, characterized by crested, fan-like growth and tightly packed, pointed leaves, sets it apart from others in its family.
A delightful mix of hues adds to its aesthetic allure. While its thick leaves are predominantly a soft, light green, they take on an enchanting reddish tinge when exposed to bright light or when the plant is kept in dry, cold conditions. This subtle colour shift only enhances its elegant aura.
