Sedum takesimense 'Atlantis' is a striking variegated stonecrop, prized for its bold contrast of deep green leaves edged with wide, creamy-yellow margins. This low-growing, evergreen succulent forms compact rosettes, creating a dense and eye-catching ground cover. The serrated foliage remains vibrant throughout summer and autumn, maintaining its appeal across the seasons. Adding further interest, new leaf buds emerge a rich cherry red, while pale pink flower buds open into clusters of bright yellow star-shaped flowers in summer, attracting pollinators to the garden.
Native to Korea, Sedum takesimense 'Atlantis' thrives in sunny, well-draining conditions, often found nestled among coastal rocks where it endures heat, humidity, and occasional drought with ease.
